An art in itself
Van Kempen Rubber Specials has the technology and experience to cast hot, liquid polyurethane. The properties of most rubbers deteriorate as the hardness increases, but this does not apply to polyurethane. The harder it is, the better its mechanical properties.
Casting polyurethane is an art in itself. A great deal of experience and a real 'feel' for the material are needed to achieve a good result. The trick is to pour the syrupy liquid into the mould without getting any air inclusions, or bubbles, in it. But you can leave that to Van Kempen Rubber Specials.
