Which rubber production processes does Van Kempen Rubber use for the industry?

Depending on the shape, production run, and function of your product, we choose the most suitable process. For solid or complex shapes, we use injection molding; for profiles, hoses, and continuous shapes, we choose extrusion. Both processes are carried out in-house, allowing us to maintain control over quality, delivery time, and the exact composition of the rubber compound.

Which rubber compound suits my industrial application?

That depends on the conditions to which the product is exposed: temperature, chemicals, oil, wear, or aging. We always develop the compound—the unique rubber mixture recipe—in-house, based on the exact requirements of your application. This guarantees that the end product does exactly what it is supposed to do, even under heavy industrial loads.
