You require a special rubber product that needs to be tailor made. Perhaps you already have a ready to use design, but in most cases our clients only have a specification list. In both cases we are happy to be of service to you.

Your demands
We will start by determining the exact application of your rubber product. This first step is decisive for the rest of the process, because the application of the rubber product will determine the type of rubber(s) we will choose for optimal performance. These ingredients will be the basis for the compound. The composition of the compound is as important as the product design itself. Last but not least, we will design the mould needed for your specific rubber product.

Start of production
As soon as the first product is completed, we will test the product extensively. Only if all tests prove that the product meets all your requirements, we will present it to you for a final check. After your explicit approval we will start up the production of the product.
