Yes, we admit to our great love… rubber.

The texture, the scent, the countless possibilities and applications keep inspiring us. Much like a master chef we invent and design our compounds. And each day we enter our “kitchen” with pleasure and anticipation.

True love never dies because… 

An industrial rubber compound may consist a multiple of ingredients, enabling a complex number of possibilities and applications.

One of the most remarkable qualities of rubber is the “memory” or “compression set”. In other words: you can compress a rubber product after which it will assume it original shape and size. If for instance, it is essential that a rubber product seals perfectly, a good compression set is of the upmost importance.

Of course, it is also possible to design specific properties such as, electrical conductive or insulating elastomers ?

No matter which properties you wish for your rubber product, we are the right company for the task!

If you choose rubber, you choose:

• form-retaining
• dimensional stability
• long service life

One golden rule must be kept in mind. A rubber product cannot excel in all properties.

If a certain quality is improved or sharpened, another quality deteriorates. Acrylic rubber, for instance, has an excellent oil resistancy, but on the other hand a poor moist and water resistancy.

There are a large series of synthetic rubbers. Each specific type is designed to compensate for the deficiencies of the other type. By making the right choices when compounding, certain mechanical and chemical properties can be improved. So it is essential to determine the needed properties of the product during the manufacturing process.
