Outsourcing or not?

A mould is an important appliance in the production process. The moulds we use for our rubber products are made of high-grade steel. Also the design must be exact. Even the smallest imperfection in a mould can lead to major damage of the rubber product.

This is exactly the reason why we design and manufacture most moulds ourselves. Only when an extremely complicated mould is needed, do we employ a specialist mould craftsman.

You can depend on us making this consideration very carefully. Of course, employing a specialist mould craftsman also means higher costs. On the other hand, it is of the utmost importance that the mould has a long life expectancy. This is also an important requirement for the right result.
